All ticketing is currently in English. Rest assured, if you booked from the Spanish site, you will be able to take the tour in Spanish. Please visit the Spanish version of our site for details of all the tours in Spanish.
Where does my tour start?
The start locations for all the tours can be found on their respective tour pages. Click on the tour name to the right for details of all the tours.
West Berlin pick-up point, or East Berlin start point?
The FREE TOUR starts at the East Berlin start point. The West Berlin pick-up point is a free service for those staying in West Berlin who'd prefer to be lead to the start point by a guide. The tour is exactly the same, and you should go to the nearest point to where you are.
Is reservation for the FREE TOUR necessary?
The FREE TOURs are very popular, and are run on a first-come-first-serve basis. The guides will always try and accomodate as many people as possible, and it is often okay to arrive without reservation. However, those who reserve their place are guaranteed a place on the tour, and will skip to the front of the line at the meeting point.
I'm having trouble booking
Some people have report problems whilst booking, when using older versions of Internet Explorer. If possible, you should update to a standards-compliant browser such as Firefox or Chrome and try again. If you still have problems, contact us using the form below.
