As you may already know or have experienced, the Oktoberfest has an average of 6 million visitors in  2 weeks. The accommodation is sold out in a radius of 200 km months in advance. Munich (City)  only has about 40.000 beds (thereof less than 2.000 in budget accommodation) to offer.

The Oktoberfest 2008 ended  on the 5th of october, so it's time to get organised for 2009 because 2008 has been sold out very early as usual.
