Royal Boulevard - Berlin
The old royal boulevard. Today, Unter den Linden is the most famous road in Berlin. At one end of this road is the Brandenburg Gate. There are lots of old royal buildings here. Also on this road you'll find the Royal Guard House, the Neue Wache.
The name means ‘Under the Lindens’, Linden trees that is (technically they are ‘Tilia’, also known as ‘Limes’ in British English but Lindens in North America and in Germany).
